The Lookbook is a curated general style guide built around your session type and your photographer’s aesthetic — think of it as a starting point with proven looks that photograph beautifully. The Wardrobe is fully personalized to your family specifically — your coloring, your body types, your budget, and your vibe. You get a custom outfit board, shoppable links for every person, and direct access to me if you have questions.

At least 4 weeks before your session date. This gives you enough time to shop, order, and make returns if something doesn't work. Current turnaround time for The Wardrobe is about 1 week, you will receive The Lookbook within 2 business days of purchase.
If you need help with less time please reach out and we can discuss expedited service for a fee—but please be aware of shipping time if ordering online!

Not at all. If you already own pieces that fit the palette I'll tell you. The goal is to work with what you have where possible and only fill in the gaps.

Hi, I'm Madolyn, but most people who love me call me Mads.
I'm a clothing designer, seamstress, and mom who believes that how you show up to your photos matters. Not because clothing is everything, but because feeling like yourself changes everything. When you're not tugging at something that doesn't fit or second-guessing whether your family coordinates, you're free to just be present. And that's when the magic happens in front of a camera.
My background is in fashion design. I'm the designer behind Matta Perla Gowns, where I create custom and size-inclusive bridal designs and veils rooted in timeless, story-driven style. That same eye for silhouette, fabric, and story carries into every styling guide I build.
As a mom, I also know that getting a family out the door looking intentional and coordinated can be genuinely hard. I'm not here to make it complicated. I'm here to hand you a clear, shoppable plan and send you into your session with confidence.
